Community & Activist Groups

In addition to the many municipalities and associations that have called for bans or moratoriums against unconventional gas and oil extraction (fracking) in New Brunswick, the following community and activist groups have been working together to educate the public, write letters to government, initiate petitions, organize fundraising events and rallies, provide presentations and share information.  Many of them are also members of the New Brunswick Anti-Shale Gas Alliance (NBASGA).
